Currently paying for YTTV and sharing with family members (up to 6 for same price)
If you are one that shares with 6 family members equals roughly $12 each per month.

I have been looking at Hulu and YTTV. The draw back with Hulu for me being the fact we have a 2nd home(camp) is the fact we can only steam on a device, not on our smart tv’s.
With YTTV you aren’t restricted to just streaming on a device. The only thing I do know is that we couldn’t watch live locals at 2nd home. We would have to watch locals as a recording let’s say LSU is playing on CBS.
I have been trying to gather information because we’re about to drop DTV after 25 years. So, is my information correct on Hulu and YTTV?

Same household or different locations? If different, any issues for them? I want to be able to travel and watch wherever I am on a TV, so do I just need to bring a stick around with me?

YT subscribers, is it worth getting the 4k package for $9.99?
Most of the 4K content is upsampled from 720 or 1080. Not worth the extra cost.
ESPN is 720 and can look really bad on my 4K tv.

My understanding you can family share at different locations and yes, if you are traveling or have a second home you can either bring your stick with you or just login to a smart tv. Logging into a smart tv at a second location isn't allowed with Hulu. This is why I'm not going with Hulu. I don't want to have to stream from a device to my tv.
