Bluetooth sound bars

Are there any that will connect to the tv via Bluetooth that don’t have a delay between words and audio?
Bonus question, what’s the best sound bar that comes with a Bluetooth sub and two surround speakers? Not looking for a super expensive one.

I'll preface this by saying I know next to nothing about the soundbar game. I got tired of listening to my TV's built in speakers crackle so I took a chance on this "renewed" Vizio 5.1 setup from Amazon and have been real happy with it. It was $130 when I got it, but the price seems to have gone up a good bit to $170. Not sure if it's worth rolling the dice on "renewed" versus new at that price point.

So you have two cables coming out of the back of the sound bar? One to the tv and one to the outlet?
