Best way to share large amount of photos?

I am trying to share photos with my insurance adjuster. Unfortunately the only option is via email. This is thousands of pictures (includes contents).
What is my best option to share these with multiple people so they can view on a PC? Looks like Google Drive is a good option just want to see if there are any other ways to create a shared database
Would prefer this to be free if there is an option.

Thanks, have it in the works now. Seems easy, we had them on a shared iPhoto album but having trouble sharing to a PC so google looks to work
