Found this LG for $799 after promo code

TruMotion 120Hz
TruMotion 120Hz technology lets you see sports, video games and high-speed action with virtually no motion blur. Now your TV can keep up with your fast- moving entertainment.

TruMotion isn't a real number. That TV is 60Hz

You have to find a 240Hz TruMotion to get to 120Hz.

If you watch a lot of sports and action movies, the 60Hz TV may have some drag.

Samsung and the Sony's seem to be the only ones I've seen without the annoying "soap opera effect".

All decent TVs have this effect. Its called motion interpolation. You just need to turn it off when you don't need it.

Picked up a 65" Sony X930D for 1399.00 even, no tax.

I was very happy with that as everywhere else I found it had the model listed for 2,200 pre tax
