Best Tablet under $200?

I'm sure you guys get these threads constantly, so apologies, but I'll ask here before I start researching.
I don't have a tablet, don't really need one, but me mum wants one primarily to browse the Internet and watch movies. Only stipulation is that the screen size is over 7" and capable of 1080 if possible. TIA.

With those stipulations I'd go with whatever Amazon tablet meets your criteria

i'm in the market for one of these for my mom.. her ipad broke and those things are expensive..
i am really looking at the lenovo yoga 2 tablet that is 10 inches and has windows (theres another version with android).. it's right around 200
there is also a Lenovo - Yoga Tab 3 - 10.1" - Tablet - 16GB for 200.. i believe from tigerdirect. idk, there's so many to choose from.
i had one of the earlier amazon tablets but i just have a hard time with android set up so i figure my mom would as well. it was always buggy, slow, and crashing.. i just read some reviews of the new fire hd tablet and see some similar complaints.. i just don't know.. but i'm looking right around the price you range you mention.

Reposting what I posted about a month ago when someone on here asked for tablet recommendations for <$250:
I got a Lenovo Tab 2 a10-70 during the Thanksgiving weekend for the kid. 10 inch tablet, 1920x1200 display, 2gb RAM, 16gb storage with expandable micro SD slot upto 64gb. Mighty pleased with it. Me and my wife end up using it a great deal. It's around $180 now at Best Buy, Walmart, Amazon and almost everywhere.
