Best options to record streamed TV

I'm trying to completely "cut the cord."
I have Spectrum TV & internet and primarily use the APP through ROKU for all but 1 TV which is a DVR.
I have a good OTA antenna to supplement and am ok with available content from OTA, Netflix,Amazon, Pluto, etc.
My main hurdle is how to record streaming content if I dump Spectrum.
SUGGESTIONS?

You will find DVR options with most streaming tv packages. I use Hulu live tv with add ons for multiple devices at once, DVR, ESPN+, Disney plus etc.

OTA, they make dvr's for an antenna setup
Netflix,Amazon, no need to record either of those
Pluto, ?

I ditched DirecTV about a year ago after 20 years. I have YouTube TV. The dvr function works great. You shouldn't need any kind of dvr equipment unless you decide to only go with antenna and no streaming services. YouTube TV has all of the local channels so I don't have an antenna.
