Is there any PC software download similar to iOS " find my Mac" ?
So that I can login to a website and I will show on a map the location...

Look with your special eyes.
But seriously, two things are necessary for such a feature to work: GPS, and "always-on" internet. Most PCs have neither.
Besides, the first thing a computer thief will probably do is pull/wipe the hard drive, making any installed software irrelevant.
The best protection against PC theft is to just be prepared for it to be stolen. In other words, encrypt the hard drive if it contains sensitive information, and keep offsite backups of everything important.

As Korkstand said, the viability of recovery/Lojack software just isn't the same for PCs. If you want to deter theft many PCs and Laptops will come with a hole for you to connect an anti-theft cable. LINK It's basically a bike lock you hook up to your computer. It's not fool proof and you need something bolted down or heavy to connect it to, but it should deter casual theft.
