My wife (no pics) has the Apple watch on T-Mobile. Works great!
Yeah, we have 3 of them on our T-Mobile plan now. I was wondering more about Google Fi or Spectrum. We have 3 paid off phones now that we bought through T-Mobile, and I like their coverage most places, but when I'm in my office in downtown Birmingham, the cell coverage can be bad in the building. Same thing with my wife at her job. She just connects to the wifi for most things, but she has to be in several different areas of a large building and some places are dead spots with T-Mobile. Her coworkers with Verizon and AT&T have service in those spots, so I was thinking of switching to something that uses those towers instead.

I have that issue in rural Mississippi. My home office though is a different issue. I get very little signal with T-Mobile, or AT&T for that matter. Step into another room and the phone signal is fine. It's obviously electrical interference, so I just log the phone onto the wireless and use voip when home. It switches automatically from the 5G to the wireless and I never notice the difference. I do the same at school. I teach in a lab that is full of computers and electronics. All cell signals, from all providers, pretty much suck under those conditions.
I don't know anything about Google Fi, but I have looked into Spectrum. I didn't go with Spectrum because they wouldn't let you use your own unlocked phone. I do use Spectrum internet at home, so when I'm home my unlocked phone is on their network anyway.
