Best avenue to sell lightly used home theater setup (NSFW)

Built a new house 3.5 years ago with a home theater room. Sold house and will build a new home without the home theater, so I have some equipment to sell.
What is the best way to sell this stuff. I can provide specifics if anyone is interested.
