Best App for Syncing Outlook 2013 and Google Calendar?

My office uses Outlook 2013 on our PC's. My mobile devices are Android. I'm looking for an app that reliably syncs my calendars and contacts on all the PC and mobile devices.
I was using Sync2 and syncing through my gmail account. It worked sometimes; other times it wasn't syncing all calendar entries across all devices for reasons I have't yet figured out.
I just tried OggSync; I couldn't get it to sync a test calendar entry at all using the trial mode.
Any help would be appreciated. TIA.

Why not just use Exchange on your phone..?

Didn't even know it had that capability. I'll give it a try. Thanks

If it comes out that you are running your work e-mail through your cellphone doesn't that make your phone evidence in any court proceeding and potentially opening up your communication on it to public record?
Be careful is all I'm saying. May not be a big deal in your line of work.
