My son is turning 12 later this month and wants a 3D printer. Does anyone have any recommendations for a 3D printer for a 12 year old? TIA

Take this with a grain of salt since I don't have a 3D printer yet but I am actively shopping them so I have watched tons of YT videos in the last couple of weeks.
It seems the go to suggestion for people wanting an easy learning curve is Bambu Labs printers. While not as true as it was 6 months ago they have the easiest set up and they just work. It seems they are a bit like Apple with very similar pros and cons. They are very much plug and play. The A1 mentioned above seems like an excellent choice. Just a note when you initially buy the A1 you can get the AMS lite and A1 as a combo for $100 more. The AMS lite is $200 if bought separately. This allows up to 4 colors or 4 different materials to be automatically switched during a print. It also allows for switching to the same color/material if one spool runs out during the print and has auto loading and unloading of filament. I only mentioned it because of the big savings up front.
