Jesus lord what a Fn nightmare. IDK how it happened; but my 2019 MBP automatically upgraded the os to Sonoma overnight.
I've spent the last 8 hours trying to get my MBP to work. Can't open the finder, screen recording/screen grab apps no longer working.
Solution:Log out of your Apple ID, reboot; log back into your Apple ID. Fixed.
But F you Apple for screwing my day. Had to take a vacation day to get it fixed.

Upgraded mine the day that Sonoma came out. Haven't had any issues.

Sorry you had a problem. Been running Sonoma Beta on 3 different desktops and a laptop for months now. No such issues. Nor have I heard widespread reports of any.

Lesson learned: Logging out and back into your Apple ID will do miracles.
