Those delivery guys know what they have in that box. FedEx drivers are more in it for the shopping spree they go on every day and less about the salary. Prove me wrong
They stole a air hockey table we bought for my daughter's playroom for Christmas last year. Drove right through the parking lot of my office, then instead of marking it delivered, the idiot marked it lost.

Video is saved on a flash drive, 2 PCs, and my DVR.

Update: Verizon was finally able to remove the original phone so the line was available to be upgraded again. Samsung agreed to the refund on the original purchase. I have already placed a new order and they will price match it to the original price and promotions once the status updates to shipped. It took a LOT of digging, but I found a local number for the FedEx distribution site for my area. The manager knew exactly why I was calling once I told him my name. He found my package a few days ago on the loading dock. As expected, package was empty and only contained the shipping invoice. He provided me with his direct FedEx email so I could provide him the videos. He also updated the status on the tracking ID to undeliverable; contents missing.

Glad I made some progress on this issue. It's ridiculous the amount of hoops it takes to get something like this resolved. From a consumer standpoint it almost makes me want to cut ties with all 3 companies. I realize in the end this was all caused by a piece of shite thief at FedEx, but the 'not my problem' attitude from (the majority of reps I've spoken with at) all 3 companies was pathetic.

Good for you. I hope Fedex fires that driver. That's a good job. People are idiots.
