Anyone have a Galaxy S10 on Verizon? MMS issues

Since the Android 11 UI 3.0 update, receiving MMS images has been totally torpedoed. The images have been compressed to 30kb and a size of 360x480. I contacted Verizon and they said it's a Samsung issue, Samsung said it's a Verizon issue. Now they're both just shrugging their shoulders and saying there's nothing they can do.
I'm getting real impatient after dealing with this for 2 weeks. Wondering if anyone else has the same issue.

Im not in the same environment as you, but figure I'd respond anyways.
I have an unlocked S21+ and an unlocked S21U. Both are on android 11/3.1. We are on Verizon with no messaging issues.
Now if we get a video from an iphone, those are garbage. However its been that way for years.

Yea I have an Android and if someone wants to send me video from an iPhone I make them send it to me in Facebook messenger or Snapchat so the resolution is good.
