Where do you live? We were having problems at work with people who had phone service not being able to call us. Something about the hurricane. Maybe a data center was down.

multiple reports of latency issues and packet loss from texas customers.

Same here in BR. No ATT cell phones with 225 area code can call our main line.

We had issues yesterday calling local numbers. According to Rev/Eatel, Lumen had equipment issues further upstream. We could call the same 225 numbers with our cell.
