$30-40 is the sweet spot for streaming prices. Anything above that it gets to be not worth it.

No. It's only a $5 increase, and while they are raising prices and not adding content, blah blah blah...it's still the best streaming service in my opinion and still significantly less that what I was paying before for cable. I have been a subscriber for 2+ years now and have had very little problems.

If this were the first price increase, I'd agree with you. They haven't added any meaningful content in the two years I've subscribed and the price has gone up $10. They actually lost all the viacom stuff. It really does have a nice interface though.

Since SET TV was shut down I have switched to Gears TV (IPTV service) and use IP Vanish VPN. Works great. $18.50 per month

Over $5? frick that. That's what? $0.16 a day? I can flush the toilet one less time a day and it pays for it.

You guys are silly.

For me, it's not really over the $5. It's the principal of it. There are too many other options and it's extremely easy to cancel one and sign up for another. It's the second time they've increased my price and I've lost channels over that time span.

It's not really just 5 dollars, though. I've had VUE for less than a year and this is the second price increase in that time, that is a bad precedent. No added content, only one local channel available, it's losing its value.

I dropped it until th start of football season, I don't watch enough tv to justify it.

You obviously aren't married with kids. The amount of time I would have to spend taking Vue off the map, and installing, logging in for another service, and then setting it up in the same manner as where Vue was in each system (multiple FireTV, Roku, Playstation, and Shield devices), plus mobile devices for everyone, plus train them on access and use far exceeds the value of my time and energy. No thanks. Happy with Vue, the ease of use, it doesn't drop, and the DVR function works perfectly. You guys have fun. I'm okay with the price, the features and the stability of the service.

I did. It isn't so much the raised rates (second time price has increased in a few months without adding any channels, still no local channels in Lafayette) as much as I've started spending the vast majority of my TV time watching Netflix and/or Youtube videos. This most recent price bump was just the push I needed to finally cut the PS Vue cord.

This is subject to change come football season. If DirecTV now adds Redzone Channel I'll start using them so I can get that cheaper cell phone bill.
