Amazon Is Completely A Nightmare Today

I’m trying to get info on something I ordered that was supposed to be in last Friday. The website if I can get it to load doesn’t even show the order. I tried calling them and it says their customer service is down. I understand that maybe phone or website down but not completely down like it is now. I did get through earlier and the recording said I could get a callback within 30 minutes. That was 4 hours ago

Yep, same here, tried to get the QR for a return I requested a month ago, and nothing. shite has hit the fan over there today for sure.

AWS down. Triggered a P1 on our site and we have upwards of 5 million hits a day.

must be why my Ring security system is on the fritz. i was away and my kitchen door "opened". it might've been a delayed alert from when i left. some people are saying they can't even turn on/off the security system.

I think it started yesterday around 11am. Couldn't get anything to load. Checked out youtube and there was a video stating the web server was down and truckers were at a standstill.
