Our favorite boy, Pulisic, is being considered for a loan by Dortmond. If he can go to a decent Bundesliga side and be assured PT, then I am ok with this.

Also, Liverpool made a 13 million euro bid for Pulisic that Dortmund turned down.

Also, Guzan was clean for Middlesbrough against West Brom, his second straight good performance.

Is he taking the skint clubs tour?

Chesterfield have rejected an £800,000 bid from Brentford for winger Gboly Ariyibi, according to Sky sources.
It is understood Barnsley have also made a bid while Derby, Crystal Palace and Sheffield Wednesday are also interested in the player.
The United States U23 international began his career at Southampton before being released by Mauricio Pochettino at the end of the 2012/13 season without playing a first-team game.

What is the source of your hatred of Gedion Zelalem? Every single time this teenager's name is mentioned you appear with a negative, condescending post. There must be a reason because your attitude toward this particular player is so odd. It would be like a poster having a boiling hatred of Luca de la Torre.

I don't hate him. I have a problem with the unmerited hype that Americans have placed on him just because he's German and is in Arsenal's youth system. He's not any good. His absolute ceiling is mid-table Championship.
It also pisses me off that so many people on here are hypocritical about him.
I do also find it funny that he's being moved from lower-divisision skint club to lower-division skint club, and I'd find that funny no matter what nationality he had.

Rangers are in the top flight now. I do recognise that at the time he was playing for Rangers whilst they were in the championship. However, Rangers ran away with the championship and beat the champion of top flight team in the Cup semi-final (GZ had a nice penalty in that). The difference in the championship and premiership in Scotland is really quite small. Hibs were able to get to both cup finals, and beat Inverness, Hearts, and St. Johnston in the process, and they finished THIRD in the championship and barely got through Raith in the playoffs.

Don't talk about things that you don't understand.
A. Much of the Scottish second-division is composed of part-time clubs
B. A cup run is very different from a league. See, for example, Wigan's FA Cup win the same season they got relegated. To even use that argument makes me think that you don't understand soccer or sports in general.
C. In the SPFL promotion-relegation playoff, the second-worst team in the first-division pounded the second-division playoff winner into dust. The same thing happened the previous season.
D. None of that changes the fact that New-Rangers and Bolton are skint clubs (skint means broke, by the way), and that Zelalem played (will play) for both while they were lower division sides.

I live in Scotland, so I very much understand the situation. The premiership team did lose the championship team in the playoff in 2014, so not really out of the realm of possibility.
Arguing whether one Scottish team is better than the other is really just arguing over which beer goes better with pizza combos between Natty Ice and Milwaukee's Best.
That being said, I think you are being far unfair to GZ, and I suspect it is because he was part of the Sevco team that beat Celtic in the cup SF.
Side note: How bummed are you about the CL draw? Fun to see them play in Barcelona again...but between City and Barcelona it's going to be a blood bath.

I've watched him a number of times (including in that abomination of a semi-final) and he's never been impressive. In fact, he's normally been called out by the commentators for playing like garbage. It should also be concerning that he keeps being loaned out to really poor clubs in really poor leagues. If he was nearly as good as people on here and at other US websites thought, he'd be going on loan to clubs like Cardiff or Newcastle, not fricking Bolton.

Not really. The important thing was getting into the draw and the confidence and financial boost that that brings. I do, however, hope that the goal-differential won't be embarrassing. And, depending on how things go today, we do stand a chance at third.
