BREAKING: The Philadelphia Union and RB Salzburg have reached a verbal agreement over the transfer of Brenden Aaronson, sources tell MLS Soccer.
Aaronson will stay with the Union through 2020 season. Not done yet. Still needs to do a medical + finalize small details

This season plans to end in December.

As long as Salzburg's season doesn't end before January.
Aaronson can win 2 league titles within 5 months of each other.

Edwards and Kayo started for Wolfsburg II.

I haven't researched it, but I'm fairly confident that we've never had 2 attacking mids start for Champions League teams at the same time.
There's a small chance that we can have 3 within the next 2 years.

Benji Michel. 4 goals in the last 5 games. Scored against SKC.
This goal has everything I want in a striker

We have another Hawaiian - Léon Morimoto, which is a GOAT name tbh
Born in Hawaii to Japanese parents moved to Guam at 4 and then at some point moved to Argentina where he’s now with Temperly (academy?) in the first division. Has played some for Guam youth teams but says his dream is to play for the US.

Luca Lewis has apparently left Torino and signed with NYRB II.

Antonee Robinson got the nod yesterday in Fulhams Carabao Cup match. Football.london rated him with a solid performance at 7 out of 10. Ream played as well and was rated 6 out of 10.

Who are the 2?
Who would the 3rd be?

Reyna, Aaronson, Ledezma.

Steffen is going to start for City today against Bournemouth.
Pep said academy players will play today....hopefully they can get through. Wouldn’t be good for Steffen to lose out on games this early.

Are they playing with 2 up top? Earlier Dike was going nuts.

He's technically more of a winger, but Nani and Mueller have those spots locked up, so he fills in across all the attacking spots as a super-sub/spot starter. His form has been tremendous in helping us this season.

Dike has taken the starting spot in a first choice line-up from Akindele, but he came off the bench last night. He had a late run where he took on two defenders and got a shot on target, but it was a pretty easy save.
We've been so devoid of young talent, especially young American talent, at OCSC the last few years, its amazing to see 3 young Americans (Mueller, Benji, and Dike) playing lights out right now.

Thanks for the context. I’ve been impressed with Mueller lately. He’s definitely better than Corey Baird imo
