as a Fulham fan, there have never really been any serious Fulham rumors. I think the every once in a while mentions about him regarding Fulham are just due to the Fulham/America connection.

Michu could always play behind Jozy. Thats the position Michu played in Spain.

It looked to me (the 2 or 3 times I caught a Swansea play), he was playing more of a lone role up top at Swansea. I haven't seen enough to know which is his better position, though. Either way, I like watching him. Always seems to be in the middle of stuff.

They didn't really have anyone else to play up top last season other than him. That is why the supposedly wanted Romelu Lukaku on loan and I am sure some others.
Jozy is a similar-type player to Lukaku imo and could be a good fit if they in fact wanted a Lukaku-type player up top.

According to seltzer, Sunderland have made a 2nd bid now. Also, they are the only club who is in for him at the moment, but of course that can change very quickly.
