I love international soccer matches and would at least try to watch it. Some of these teams would be in contention for the WC til the very end so this tourney would have to coincide with the WC or be played after.
During the WC= no.
After the WC= maybe.

Probably would have had a LITTLE allure back when the World Cup field was 16 or 24, but now it's just perfect.
