Not much disagreement there...guy brings up a lot of valid points...I would say that the order of difficult of WC qualifying is:
1) OCEANIA (Did anyone see that Tahiti team? Scary!)
2) CONMEBOL
3) UEFA
4) CONCACAF
5) CAF
6) Whatever the asian federations acronym is

Yeah, CONMEBOL is easily the hardest qualifying phase. Even with Brazil not in the mix, it's still the hardest.
