I don't want to go into detail but I'm sure his wiki will explain the way he left champion arsenal for new money Chelsea, how he cheated on his superstar wife and how he shot a Chelsea intern with a BB gun in the locker room.

Personally I'd prefer to build a team around some real leaders with at least a little bit of moral fiber

Nobody questions their defense prowess. Everybody knows that Cole and Terry are world class players.
