I'm against any officiating changes that reduce the amount of arguing. Not that anyone really cares whether plays taking throw ins walk forward.

If you're not walking up the throw in by ten yards, you're doin it wrong

Many reasons. The main one being that the ball rarely goes out near a linesman. Also, It doesn't really matter if a player moves up a few yards to make a throw.
