It said I have bigger fish to take on bc I have a frick ton of matches going on with a squad that has depth issues

He put first team players out there that where out there to win

To say he was trying not advance is flat out dumb

When he wants to win badly, as he does in EPL and champions league, he doesn’t trade world class stars for kids (tier 3 lineup). That’s not the same as throwing a game though.

Do you think he tried to throw the shrewsbury game with a tier 4 lineup?

Do you understand how dumb you sound

The whole time ive said he prioritized the league matches around the cup match bc fixture congestion. He knows he doesn’t have the greatest of depth so he had to make some rotations to keep them fresh

You said he didn’t try to win

Now you are back tracking saying he didn’t want to win as much

If an EPL game was on that exact same day with the same congestion, he probably uses a tier 1 lineup, but certainly no worse than tier 2.

Now you are creating scenarios that will never happen

You won’t play 3 league matches in a course of a week

And when your in the champions league the domestic league works with the clubs to ensure the gap between their Tuesday or Wednesday match is as big as possible

How long have you been following football?

It’s essentially the same thing, but you are the kind that wants to split hairs and argue semantics, so go ahead and waste everyone’s time.

I honestly never seen him on here until this thread when he jumped in calling everyone blind haters

On a more serious note, how is the soccer bar scene in Charlotte?

I’ll be living a little over an hour from there and my cousin lives there so I’ll want to take him to some bars when I’m up there. Unfortunately he likes Chelsea

Are you sure we never play 3 EPL/champions games in 8 days? Is that what you are going with?

Yea you can’t read

How about you finish the rest of my post before responding

League = EPL

That time of year there is to much shite going with the FA Cup, Boxing Day league games, league cup etc

It’s why fixtures are so fluid and why the league moves matches around for clubs the deeper you go in competitions

Honestly, for a city that does have a decent amount of soccer support it seems, the bar scene is just ok I’d say. There’s some places in the downtown area and then a few random British owned pubs that will have decent crowds, but I haven’t come across anything as crazy as Finn’s in New Orleans (I’m sure you haven’t been but that’s the only comparison most people here would have)

Granted, I probably could just be missing the boat on some of the craziness too

You and your Semantics. That is beside the point.

Klopp prioritizes them the same. He wouldn’t throw a tier 3 lineup out there for such games.
