Klopp knows he can’t win with this mediocre talent….he ain’t taking it. He will wait it out until one of the Bayern, Madrid, Barca jobs open up

It's part of his job to make it better. That was supposed to be Klinsmann's strength, building a program downstream, but again, as I read over the years, he was stymied by the Federation and it's subordinate organizations.
