Watching soccer in person is 1000% different than watching it on tv

When it comes to American football, I would rather just stay home and watch the game from my TV. Soccer - not remotely the same. Being at the USMNT game last night, I was able to see the whole field and understand what our tactics were - you don’t get that perspective on TV where your view is so much more limited - kind of makes me want to fly to the rest of our home games during World Cup qualifying.

Looked like an awesome atmosphere.

I went to the gold cup final at soldier field and then another gold cup match in Philly and thought both atmospheres sucked arse tbh.
I am smart enough to reserve judgment until a vital WCQ or actual WC match tho
