How can I watch the World Cup games, including US v. Ghana, online in Italy. ESPN3 does not work and I have searched and found no answers.

Alternatively, does anyone know any bars that will show the game in Florence?

EPSN 3 or WatchESPN will work if you have a VPN to give you an American IP.

I don't have a VPN. If the game were on earlier, I would have no problem but a lot of places close by 2:00 am.

There are plenty of free options and ways to mask your IP

Hola! Unblocker is free

I've used it to successfully watch BBC iPlayer from time to time during the World Cup. They are carrying the US-Ghana game

For some of the other games (not USA-Ghana), you can just stream RAI if you don't mind watching it in Italian

univision.com streams all games. It's in Spanish though.

The Lions Fountain and Astor Cafe. Astor is part owned by an American and there should be tons of Americans there. Astor is right next to the Duomo and Lions Fountain is about a half mile at the most southeast of the Duomo
