So again with no Gatt and now now Boyd but hey Alan Gordon gets another cap.

To be fair, Alan Gordon hasn't been capped, just called into camps.

Though, I could have sworn that Eric Lichaj couldn't get called in because "now wasn't the time for new players?"

So I don't follow the MLS much at all so I honestly had to look up who Alan Gordon is. He is 32 fing years old. Why they hell do you call him up but not Wondo who has almost double the number of goals for San jose this year?

Wondo is clearly not the answer up front for the US, but why would you bring in his inferior teammate? frick.

At least Zusi is on the roster.

Fun fact about Alan Gordon, revealed in Grant Wahl's book "The Beckham Experiment":

He was referred to by his LA Galaxy teammates as "Snowshoes", because he was so slow that he looked like he was running with snow shoes on.

I'm really frustrated because I am going to the game in KC and was hoping to get to see Jozy and/or Boyd. Oh well.

Jozy should be where Gordon is...GAM should be the 85th minute MLS sub special.

This confuses the heck out of me.

I think Lenhart would be more likely to help the National team, but Gordon has scored more goals in less minutes.

Klinnsmann picked Alan Gordon to offset GAM. If you took the best qualities from both players, you'd have...a refined Jozy Altidore. Jurgen!
