Bayern want to bid for Mirko Vucinic?
18M + Contento may be a deal that works for Roma.
The whole Vucinic deal is almost Tevez-esque. Sabatini/Enrique want to convince Vuci to stay but one week he'll say he needs to leave because the fans don't appreciate him as much as they used to and the next week will say in an interview that he's calmed down and excited for the new Roma squad.
The way it seems is that a deal would only happen if Roma thinks they're improving the team otherwise I think there's enough optimism that he'll be content to stay on and be happier when surrounded by a re-vamed attack.
I was on the verge of posting a topic on the board about players that you absolutely love to the point that you'd rather lose with them than win with a replacement.
Vuci is one of those players for me at Roma. He's so frustrating in his moodiness and nonchalant attitude. Usually looks like he just rolled out of bed after a 3 day bender, will lose the ball continually and not try to win it back but just lay on the ground for half a minute gesturing at the referees and adjusting his pads. Miss 2 sitters, then create a 2 highlight reels goals out of thin air to save the match.
When he's on, he's highly underrated as there's not many other players in the world that can create like him. He practically carried an otherwise slightly above average team on his shoulders the year before last to take the treble winning Inter side down to the final fixture of the season in the Scudetto race.
If he goes to Bayern I'll be more of a fan as long as you guys don't try to send us Ribery in exchange.

I think the deal is 15+Contento. The 18 is just straight up. I just don't know what the plan would be for Vucinic with Gomez, Mueller, Petersen, Olic, Takashi Usami would probably play more as an attacking mid rather than forward. Dale Jennings will probably play for the reserves.

Rumors that Spurs want Adebayor on a season-long loan deal. Just when you thought Gunners fans couldn't hate him any more...

Vidal has just one year remaining on his contract but Leverkusen insist the midfielder will not be allowed to join another side in the Bundesliga.
Heynckes said: "He will not go to Juventus and won't be looking at joining Lazio, Roma or anywhere else.
"Arturo Vidal is coming to Bayern. If not this summer then next, but I don't imagine Leverkusen want to give up their chance to secure some money for him."

Not transfer related, but it looks like Celtic and Rangers will have different sponsors after the current deal ends. Coors looking likely for Celtic.

A new rumor that should interest a lot of people here. Kenny Miller would go back to Rangers and in return, Maurice Edu would move to Bursaspor. This should also make Jozy's stay more likely since a) there is an open spot at forward and b) it should help both guys get settled in.

Doubt this happens:
A. Rangers have no money
B. Bursaspor just bought Miller
C. Miller will want higher wages
D. Rangers have no squad. They can't get rid of Edu.
ETA: That being said, the DR is saying they just shelled out 2 mill to Villa for Cuellar.

Sorry for the kid. Maybe he'll end up signing a less binding contract somewhere.
Looks like Genoa will have to look elsewhere for a young midfielder to develop for the Milano teams.

AS Roma seem close to signing Idriss Kameni from Espanyol to compete with Gianluca Curci for first goaltender.
Anyone who watches a lot of La Liga familiar with him?
GM Sabatini was set to sign Stekelenberg who had agreed to the transfer but Luis Enrique has seemingly convinced him into Kameni.
My fear is that Kameni is too much like Doni who we finally got rid of. Makes a ton of youtube saves but misplays even more balls a top gk should take care of easily.

There's a €6 million difference in fees so maybe the idea was that it frees up money for another transfer LE wants as well but I tend to agree.
After years of Doni and Julio Sergio I was pretty excited to see us in negotiations to bring in Stekelenberg.

Happy to hear that for Porto. I suppose even if he leaves next year he helped the club at least cash in.

I thought Fulham just signed him?

Saw on the news he arrived in Roma today to meet with the club. Not a done deal but sure looks like he's headed to Roma.
I kinda wish Fulham had signed him when the rumors were swirling but I think Roma got into the picture and he held off signing.
He seems good but I think Roma could possibly do much better signing Stek.

I'll delete this post late to not clutter up the transfer thread but-- maybe I'm just blind-- I couldn't find any other means to reply.
Sorry, I was just looking back on this thread and saw your question.
Mostly small labels that specialize in vinyl reissues of 70s glam, powerpop and punk: Radio Heartbeat (NY), Backstreet (Roma), Rave Up (Roma).
I've done a lot of festivals and still do shows that have newer bands playing in these styles in Rome and NY, working with labels like Ramo (Mn) and Douchemaster (ATL) and also just word of mouth on cool bands. Most of the newer stuff is a bit more my friends and more so my gf's area of expertise though as her band, Baby Shakes, plays that scene all over.
I'm usually in New Orleans just to see my mom but would like to get back more to help see more reissues of NO's 70s stuff come out like The Cold and The Limit. A friend of mine here just pressed The Normals on LP and an exact reish of their 45.

AS is reporting that Neymar and Real Madrid have agreed on a 6 year deal worth 5M per season.
