I believe Lucas is gone; there is too much smoke around him. If we get 50 for him, that's good business. I also wish we could keep him; I think this system would fit him well.

Other teams can complain all they want about what we’re spending. Landing 17th twice in a row, you best believe we’re going to spend our way out of it. Finally the club is backing the gaffer, AND we are selling and selling. Doesn’t make the high purchases all that much. And we still need to offload Romero and Ricky….possibly DJed.

Dumb decision to do preseason tour in NZ. You can tell the players were exhausted having done the Asia tours last couple of years on the other side of the world.
At least should have struck the iron while it’s hot and do a post WC tour in the US. My biased view anyway

Yeah, it’s really dumb. I don’t understand why the US is ignored by our club. I would have thought the WC would have been the best time to expose the Club to new fans. Especially with our tie ins with the NFL.

You mean we might actually get a penalty after 3 full years without one in PL play? I mean, it was Dec 10th 2023 the last time we had a penalty in the PL.
