HUGE SIGNING BY MANCHESTER CITY
Straight from the Manchester City website: Melbourne City FC can confirm it has agreed the transfer of Aaron Mooy to City Football Group sister club Manchester City FC
On a serious note, some Australian natives were saying on Reddit that he was bar none the best player in the A-League over the last couple of seasons. Should fit into the 'sell for 3 mil euros a year or two down the road' group of players we have.

Seeing that he'll most likely be loaned out to a European club. Jumping from the A-League straight to the Prem would be crazy rough.

I could have sworn I saw that he played for Bolton in the Championship, but tore his ACL.
He's apparently a mainstay in Australia's national team. I'd expect him to be loaned out to a bottom tier EPL side, or go back to the Championship.

Never played in a match for Bolton, made his pro debut for St. Mirren.
ETA: Championship makes the most sense, although I saw links to Brugge on Twitter.

You see that L'equipe is reporting that United have opened up talks with Juventus for Pogba?
Posted on 6/30/16 at 1:12 am to McCaigBro69
Yep. Still think he goes to PSG or Real. Don't know why he'd go to a non-UCL team that just let him walk a few years ago. But stranger things have happened.

True that, I definitely thought Ibra would give winning a UCL title one last chance, but he's not. Maybe that's another draw for Pogba.
I'll tell you this, I'd be shocked if scoring goals is a problem for United next year. Rashford, Martial (who I think will could up for player of the year even after I talked shite about him after ya'll signed him), Rooney, possibly Memphis and Ibra is a threatening line up.

Gotta get a midfield, though. Makes me wonder how Mkhitaryan fits in with everybody else.

Mata is likely to leave as well, right? I'd assume a Jose reunion isn't in the works

If he wants to play in a higher-quality league than what he's used to, they could loan him to NYCFC.
