Man U's handling of SAF should be a case study in what not to do. Arsenal started changing the structure of the club a year before Wenger left. Poach some executives from other clubs and set up a framework.

Every player has been pretty shite the last month except De Gea and Martial. You look at all of these players during the World Cup and they all dominated. Every single one. They play under Mou nand they look like complete shite. It’s a joke. He ruins there potential

Mou won't see eye to eye. He hasn't played the expansive sort of game in a long time. His team isn't even good at his bread and butter, which is counter-attacking and defending deep.

He bought two defenders for 65 million. He had the chance to sort the defense out too. The problem is his system. The players don't like it and don't believe in it. This happens everywhere he goes. Why would Man U be any different?
