IMO, we should treat it like a real table. 3 points for a win, 1 for a draw.
Also, have points for and points against, so we can use point differential as a tiebreaker.
There are probably a few aspects missing in the rules and we may need to make them up along the way.

I like the table idea. With relegation and a table it'll be just like a real league.

I didnt see anything about that in the rules (its possible that I missed it though)... I think it would be cool to leave as a draw and set the league table accordingly. If you win your 2h2 matchup that week you get 3pts, draw gets 1pt.

It just says
6.0- TABLE
6.1- A league table will be in the FMFP thread’s OP, and will be updated by the commissioner each week.
6.2- Results will be posted ASAP following the week’s games.

Hardly. It's usually just one game a week, but double game weeks do happen.

Oh ok, so if your players have a midweek game as well its just luck of the draw... so adjust your lineup accordingly i guess.

You have to give a lineup before the first game of the week. Monday to Sunday.

Dont mean to get too technical, but lets say there is one makeup game on a tuesday between a couple of shite teams and you dont have any players on either team. We will still need to all have our entire lineups in before that game or its locked with the previous week's lineup?

That's probably the easiest way to do it.
There are going to be some mid-week games during the season. I think TECHNICALLY, Wednesday is the "game week" cutoff.... but that's messy to deal with. There are no Thursday/Friday games on the schedule, but that may change as cup competitions proceed, and there is snow and/or rioting to deal with.
I would suggest having the lineups active from 11:59 PM Friday through 11:59 PM the following Wednesday. You can change your lineup on Thursday and Friday before it "locks" again.

6 works for me if everyone is there. We proved this morning that we can get er done. I'm leaving for NO around noon for my anniversary,so I'm gonna be out of pocket for most of Friday.

I have pick up soccer at 6 on Thursdays. I would be willing to skip, but I'm going to be seriously pissed if I skip and someone else doesn't show. Start making a list of contacts and responses to the "Can you do an serious draft on Thursday" question just to make sure everyone has said yes and can be contacted in case they forget.
