Sure we could have stolen it but that's the nature of the sport. I don't think that changes the dominated debate though.

Well, Belgium is better than us. It's not like we rolled in with a top 5 team to the WC and flamed out. Every team left outside of Costa Rica is a legit title contender. We just aren't there yet. It's no reason for this guy to act like a bitch about it.

I wonder what he thought about the World Baseball classic. Or Olympic hockey.

They had probably 5 dangerous shots, which is too many, but a lot of those other shots were pretty toothless.

Had a buddy with me at the bar that never watches soccer make a comment that most of their shots were from far off and we had a ton of guys cutting of their angles, as well as the distance to Tim Howard. If he can see that, who can't?

I disagree with being dominated because we should have won it in the 92nd minute. We were definitely outplayed but Belgium was never really comfortable, I don't think. We really could have used a target striker though.

Thought the same. Screaming for Jozey.

I still don't think we got dominated being that they were never really comfortable, in my opinion. It's not like it really matters and it's probably mostly a semantics point.

Still don't think we should be upset with our World Cup or try to argue that being happy with our effort is accepting status quo.

Really? Screaming for jozy? You wanted a player on one leg? This board really knows nothing about pulled hammys.

Exactly. This team made me very proud and the future is extremely bright. Can't wait for 2016 and the Copa America.

I didn't really think he was going to be fit to play. I think most people believed he'd be ready to play when that was mostly a ploy by Jürgen. Would have been nice to have him out there but it went out of the window for sure when Fabian got hurt. You can't waste an early sub then put on a guy who may reinjure himself within minutes.

They even said he'd only play in emergency situation (which means he wasn't ready). He would have done nothing but probably get hurt again. You don't come back in two weeks from that. You just don't.

No doubt. It was all coaching BS and mind games by Jurgy.

You ever see a dog pull a hammy jumping off a porch? Tape it up and go play. (Sarcasm)

I'm mostly disappointed that German doctors haven't figured out a way to heal pulled hamstrings within days. Really expected better from them.

True. That was the only hope. That they had a secret fifth element moon stone that was a hammy elixir.
