We're like 11-1 since May with an upset of the #3 team and one loss to the #10 team. So if we crack the Top 16 do we get an automatic BCS berth?

I believe grant wahl talking about our jump to 16 in the rankings if we won tne gold cup happened right before eddie johnson's substitute goal. I watch highlights too much

Yeah all I knew of Colombian soccer was that they were never too good in comparison to their South American neighbors, got good when a drug lord decided to fund programs that helped local talent get better via facilities and such, national team got good, didn't do well in the WC, and then fell off.
What has happened to make them so good now?
