Who wins World Cup if you take best Starting 11 based on player’s FIFA ratings and added them up?

To start, there would have to be a standard for who will start for each country (unless we just assumed top 11 FIFA rated players of each country start…but would have to have a keeper for sure…guess you could force field players into the other 10).
