Panama showing how bad Concacaf refs are

Panama has 5 yellow cards and a ton of fouls. They are playing with their normal physicality but it's actually being penalized in the World Cup. I wish Concacaf refs would call matches this way. The US is consistently screwed because of the Latin countries cheap play.
