NY Red Bull striker Elias Monael refuses to play for Salt Lake after being traded.

Elias Monael is Brazilian, and like most foreign players, is not familiar with the concept of being traded. RSL sent him off on a transfer back to Brazil. He couldn't understand how a team could send him off to another team without his consent. Do you think MLS will do away with trades in the future and get on board with the rest of the world?
