Need help teaching my kid

My 8 year old has decided she wants to join a winter soccer league. I worry about her because of when her birthday falls, she’s going to be in 9-10 co ed.
I’ve never played but I’m willing to get out in the yard with her and practice.
What drills should I have her doing? Any certain YouTube channels or video recommendations? Do I need anything other than a soccer ball and some cones?
Any help will be appreciated!

Sign her up. Stay out of the way. Let her have fun and don't be that parent. Too many of those around already.....

Trust me, I loathe those parents you speak of. That’s not my goal at all. I just want her to know the basic skills so she will actually enjoy herself out there.
