MLS game start times

Why don’t the games ever start at the times listed? Almost always 15 minutes after.

at one point I thought the MLS was being run fairly well. Lately, it looks like a cluster frick. They have the worst tv deal and they are expanding out of control

While I agree the TV deal sucks (the ESPN+ component however may prove to be great as more sports/networks move to OTT platforms) the expansion teams have almost all been home runs.

I feel lien they were strategically adding and now it’s like the flood gates have opened
