I posted on another board that MAYBE Mexico wasn't as bad as everyone thought when you put everything into perspective, sure, they were off some or they finish no worse than 3rd, but CONCACAF has gotten stronger imo because of MLS.
Honduras was playing France a good match until the red card then went ahead of Ecuador before losing 2-1.
The heat, imho, helps CONCACAF teams, most of the best South American team players, play in Europe in the winter.
