Final day of the Round of 16 is upon us. Will it be one of these chumps that gets Leicester'd in the quarters?

14 goals in these two ties in the first leg. How many today?

Kickoff at 3:45 p.m. EDT/2:45 p.m. CDT
Monaco (3) - (5) Manchester City (FS1)
Atlético Madrid (4) - (2) Bayer Leverkusen (FS2)

All in on Monaco. I like all these clubs but it would be LOL if Monaco advanced and played Leicester

I think it would be more funny if City made it and got thumped again

Monaco starting XI vs. City: Subašic, Fabinho, Jemerson, Bernardo Silva, Bakayoko, Germain (c), Sidibé, Mendy, Raggi, Lemar, Mbappé

Falcao not even on bench

City has to go for it, right?

U gave up 3 away goals, 1 early monoco goal, and ur on ur heels.

Atletico just need to play a boring 0-0 tie. suffocate the ball, and counter.

Subasic is really shaky at the moment. Jardim even had to give the "vote of confidence"

They probably need a couple of goals minimum

That works for me. I put money on a draw in that game using exactly that logic haha

Yeah i pray to God we don't do anything remotely similar to what PSG did tactically.

nothing was as worse as what Lippi did at Juve, with 2-0 lead, 2 away goals and going home to Del Appi, and he fricking puts Pippo on an island all alone, and forces the rest(even zidane), to basically play 10 in the back. It was a horrendous tactic.

Everytime Juve tried to kick long ball to PIppo, Manu defenders moved up, offsides. Every f'in time.

MANU just kept pushing up and got those 2 away goals erased and netted the winners.

Sometimes the refs can decide ur fate with a card or 2, but when ur coach is willing to concede to play all out bus parking, it's pitiful.

i'm looking at the game, and what scares me about the tie option is that Atletico are good enough to play defense and still put 2 or 3 on leverkusen.

Yeah, that's true. Leverkusen will obviously be on the attack too, leaving them vulnerable on the counter. Will be interesting to see if they can get an early goal and put some pressure on Atletico
