Have they come out with another camera angle yet?
Because let's be honest, the one from the match is pretty inconclusive.
Plus, like I already mentioned, I feel like Luiz (who is on the side of both of them) would have gone insane if there was any contact.
ETA: Just saw that picture of it floating around. Assuming it's not photoshopped in any way Kane should get charged. Something still seems off about the situation though.
Side note: Rudiger should also be charged for choking Sanchez at the end of the match as well if we're going to get technical about all this.

According to Sky, the ref saw the action at the time and decided to not punish him (which, he was letting a lot of stuff go that game). So the FA cannot retroactively punish.
