Yeah you would think the book value on the loanees and the bottom of the squad should be low enough to move them on without taking much of a loss, or even turning a small profit in some cases.

Also I’ve seen it mentioned on waccoe that you can no longer amortize fees but that isn’t correct from everything I’ve read. A 40MM fee would still only be a hit of 8 per year in the accounts assuming a 5 year contract. But it does cap the years at 5 regardless of contract length because of the shite Chelsea has been doing.

Would love to go after Bowen (Marcelo tried to sign him like 3 different times) but sounds like he might stay

I just hope we have better success moving guys on who the club and Farke don’t see as part of the first team/long term plans

Just checked on Wober. Dude made a grand total of 2 appearances this season for Werder Bremen.

I have already exceeded my daily allotment of times checking the waccoe transfer thread.

Speculation on outgoing players
A few links that don’t seem to be legit
Review of moves other teams have made
A lot of talk about the heat
Interesting discussion on West Ham’s chairman and his fiancee

Valencia not taking the buy option for Largie. Bring him back and reintegrate him especially if Willy goes.

I always liked Largie and was suprised that Farke agreed to loan him last year - makes you wonder if he has any plans for him at all.

Largie I think has a bigger problem with defending than Willy does and Farke already doesn’t rate Willy because of his defensive ability

No chance of integration IMO

West ham should be all over a loan to buy. He doesn’t really fit our new system but he’s such a gamer.

I’ve seen a few people try and connect James to Hull (came through their academy and his family is from there) but I don’t know if he’d be interested in an almost certain relegation fight.

Farke does still like a DJ zoomie experience

Largie and Willy both can be premier league players in a different system IMO

Summerville made the Word Cup squad. Doesn’t Leeds get a few extra quid for that?

Was coming to ask the same thing

It’s not clear after searching around if it is related to a 1st team call up, inclusion in a match day team, or getting a cap

Can his international debut be in a warmup friendly?

I mean he technically debuts in it

That would be a real kick in the nuts for west ham to have to drop an extra few hundred to Leeds on the way down to the champo, with Summerville almost certainly leaving after the World Cup

You would think if Leeds had someone at the top of the list they really wanted they would seek to get it done before the World Cup (just incase said person blows up at the tournament)

Imagine there will be some folks coming out of the cup that will see their prices rise just based on performance (Brenda play your heart out for your move this summer)

Haven’t seen anyone really linked yet outside of the clickbait sites who just spew what agents tell them to do

Having said that probably not until July (unless it’s someone on a free)
