Kit Sponsorship Question

Will there come a time when kit sponsors aren’t highlighted on the front of every shirt in world football?
I assume the reason club football has adopted the tradition of the sponsor company’s logo being the largest, most visible part of the shirt is for maximum sponsorship $$$ but you would think by now that some of the bigger clubs or leagues would have found a way around this. A bit of design flexibility for the kit-makers would go a long way if they weren’t all forced to slap an out of place Chevy or Fly Emirites logo on the front of every shirt.
I also wonder why American sports (MLS excluded) haven’t adopted this tradition considering the financial impact it would have. I can’t even imagine what Apple or Google would be willing to pay for the Yankees or Lakers jersey rights.

It'll go Mexican before it goes away, if that's what you're asking.

I can’t ever see that happening anywhere besides the shitty, lower-tier leagues that need the money.

The NBA has started toying with this but on a much smaller level with only small patches on the shoulder of the jerseys. In the US, you don't have the competition from other leagues like you do in soccer. Salary caps also help to "level" things out. There's none of that in soccer. Transfer fees keep increasing at seemingly faster rates each transfer window and wage demands are also trending similarly. Given these factors, I don't see it changing anytime soon. Hell, the PL just started allowing sleeve sponsorships as yet another revenue stream for clubs.
ETA: Also there just isn't the same stigma around sponsorships in soccer leagues internationally as their is in the US anytime someone brings up the potential of jersey ads. Most Americans view it as "bush league" to have to wear a sponsor patch. Need more money in the states? Just raise ticket prices. That doesn't happen in Europe.

that depends, when do you expect the downfall of capitalism
also, jersey sponsors in soccer have been a thing for nearly seven decades

I’m guessing you don’t watch any professional basketball
