Doubt it. I feel like Javi will stick around for the time being. That is, unless Pep really fricks with him. Which I actually see the opposite happening. Javi will probably be central (no pun intended) to Pep's plans.

I think he's talking about Heynckes. Javi will be the lynch pin for years to come. Doesn't hurt that he's the most "German" Spaniard
