With the way World Cup qualification is structured, there is no way teams would bring their A team to the 2013 Gold Cup. In 2015 a new cycle will be just beginning, new players introduced, thus bringing an A team is much more likely.

That and many European clubs want some of their players back and I'm sure many MLS clubs don't want some of their players gone for another month.
