The I(ntelligent)Ball that tells you when it's in.
I'm glad they're taking steps towards using this at least.. I hate when they can't tell if it's all the way in.

Seems silly to me that they would go through all that hassle to get that ball completed when a single camera is all that is needed.

If a camera is used, would you have instant replay or a human staring at the video the whole game?

It doesn't really matter. Either way the call should be able to be confirmed within seconds. No need to even disrupt play.
