By 2016 we will be playing
2 - 7 - 1 Formation, featuring 2 Center halves, 5 CDMs, 2 Wingers, and 1 Target Forwar.

FWIW Canouse was a NYRB academy player before moving to Germany.

Good post. I posted about it last night in the WC Qual thread. But, no one responded. We have a lot of kids everywhere.
Bijev/Pelosi = Liverpool Academies
Canouse = Hoffenheim.
Packwood = Birmingham City
Stanko = Freiburg
Cuevas = Santos Laguna
Ocegueda = Tigres
Kissewetter = just signed a contract with Stutgart .
Lletget = West Ham.

Speaking of West Ham...they have Danny Potts who is a LB, too.
Also, I read that Hurzeler hasn't filed his switch to the US. So, It's not known if he is going to play for the US or not.

Yea most were too young.
I THINK Lleget was hurt and that is why he wasn't on the Olympic squad.
IMO.... Canouse, Pelosi, Bijev, Packwood, Kissewetter all could have big futures.
Packwood is a defender and has been in Birmingham's Reserves since he was 13. He is 18 now.
